Paripesa Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Paripesa ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in respect of your use of the Paripesa website located at paripesa.wine and all services offered through it.

Paripesa provides online sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, crash games, virtual sports and fishing games to registered players. By accessing any part of the Paripesa platform — including but not limited to browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet — you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms should be read alongside the Paripesa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Paripesa. Where there is any inconsistency between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

To register and use Paripesa you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Paripesa does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds returned minus any winnings derived from bonus use.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting and casino play is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to check and comply with local laws before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or contractor of Paripesa, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on Paripesa or on any affiliated platform.

Paripesa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in your account being suspended and withdrawals held pending review.

Each player may hold only one active account on Paripesa. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering your Paripesa account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Your account login credentials — specifically your password — are your responsibility to keep secure. Paripesa will never ask you for your full password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Paripesa support immediately.

Paripesa reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

All transactions on Paripesa are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your PKR balance, and withdrawals are paid out in PKR through your chosen method.

Paripesa supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Withdrawal minimums vary by method — please refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current figures.

Paripesa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Paripesa is not responsible for any third-party fees applied at the payment provider's end.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may trigger a fraud review.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. If this is not possible, alternative methods may be arranged through support.
• Paripesa processes withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank IBFT transfers under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawals may be held for review if they trigger our fraud detection system, if your identity verification is outstanding, or if an active bonus is attached to your balance that has not yet been wagered through.
• Paripesa is not liable for any delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network outages outside our control.

All bets placed on Paripesa are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport or competition, which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that particular market.

A bet is only confirmed once Paripesa has accepted it and issued a bet reference number to your account. Bets that are pending, queued or interrupted due to network issues may not be accepted, and no bet is valid until confirmation is received. It is your responsibility to verify that your intended bet has been correctly accepted before the event begins.

Paripesa reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed on the basis of insider information, bets that exploit errors in odds publication, or bets placed in suspected coordination with other accounts for arbitrage purposes.

Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency and connection conditions. Paripesa is not responsible for bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred due to a player's local network delay. The platform's recorded acceptance timestamp is the definitive reference for all live bet timing disputes.

All sports betting settlement decisions made by Paripesa are final once confirmed. In cases of genuine technical error, disputes may be raised with the support team within 72 hours of settlement. Paripesa will review the case against the official result data and the bet record, and its decision on any such review will be final.

All casino games available on Paripesa — including slots, live dealer titles, table games, game shows and virtual sports — are provided by third-party software developers. Each game operates under the rules and RTP specifications set by its developer and independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. Paripesa does not modify or influence the outcome of any game beyond the platform controls available to all players equally.

Crash games on Paripesa use a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is cryptographically determined before the round begins. Players can verify the fairness of any completed round using the public seed published in that round's record. Paripesa does not have the ability to alter the crash point once a round has been initialised.

It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before you play. Game information panels within each title display the RTP, volatility and core rules. Paripesa is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding a game's mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — whether due to a software error on Paripesa's side or an interruption on the developer's servers — any affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. Wins that cannot be verified against a complete and uncorrupted game record will not be paid out.

Paripesa offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all Paripesa promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the requirement is met will be cancelled along with any winnings derived from that bonus balance.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Paripesa account at a time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Paripesa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, or through any other conduct that violates these Terms.
• Bonuses claimed by players who created accounts primarily to exploit promotional offers — rather than for genuine entertainment play — may be cancelled without notice.

Paripesa does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time. Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at Paripesa's discretion. Being a registered player on Paripesa does not entitle you to any specific bonus or promotional offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Paripesa and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games or access the platform in any way not available to all users through the standard browser interface.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any event, match or game, or communicating inside information about an event to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds publishing or any technical vulnerability on the Paripesa platform for financial gain. Such gains are not legitimate and will not be paid out.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses or manipulate the platform's fraud detection systems.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or stolen payment methods. Paripesa cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement agencies in fraud investigations.
• Using Paripesa for any form of money laundering, structuring or other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Paripesa staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Paripesa collects and processes personal data about its players in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, comply with regulatory requirements and provide customer support. By creating an account on Paripesa you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, although this will prevent you from continuing to use the platform.

Paripesa reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
